Water Fed Poles To access windows up to 75 ft requires state of the art carbon fiber poles with lightweight
brushes equipped with 4 jet nozzles. Pure water is pumped from our system out through these jets.
The glass, frames and sills are scrubbed while the jets are spraying. This loosens the dirt, silt and salt spray
as well as cleaning out the soapy residue left behind by previous cleaners. Afterward, the window is rinsed
thoroughly with pure water, which the dirt and other contaminants are clinging to through the aggressive
action of TDS 000 water. The window is then left to dry, spot free, without the need to squeegee away the water.

Who We Are Pole Position LLC is owned and operated by Ben and Melina Reynolds. Ben is a lifelong Alaskan while Melina
is from Somerset, England. We started our window cleaning company in the UK in 2009 while living there for
2 years after we were married. We were trained in Pure Water Technology by UK window cleaning experts.
Pole Position LLC was started in Alaska in the spring of 2014, as we saw a need for our services among discerning
home owners and commercial businesses. Despite a fast growing client base, we intend to continue operating the
business ourselves in order to provide custom service to our clients.
Melina comes from a background in logistics at Clarks Shoes International.
Ben is a licensed USCG Master with a background as a commercial fishing captain.
